We're a Tennessee-licensed and fully-insured exterior remodeling contractor, A+ rated with the BBB, and members of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. Our shop and showroom have been at 5618 N. Broadway Street in Fountain City for our entire 30-year history.

We serve all of Knox County and surrounding East Tennessee. That includes Knoxville (Fountain City, Halls, Powell, West Knoxville, South Knoxville/SoKno, Bearden, Sequoyah Hills), Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns, plus Maryville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Clinton, Sevierville, Alcoa, and most of Loudon, Blount, and Anderson counties. No. We have no minimum project size. If you have one broken window, one rotted door, or one section of failing siding, we'll come out and fix it. Most of our customers do tackle bigger projects (whole-home siding, full window replacement, etc.) but we don't require it. You decide what makes sense for your home and your budget.

Yes, it's genuinely free with no obligation. Here's how it works: you tell us what you're thinking, we come out and look at the project, take measurements, listen to what you want, and bring samples if it's helpful. Then you get a written, itemized quote — good for 90 days. No high-pressure pitch, no "manager-approved one-day-only" pricing, no surprise fees on signing day.

Most of our crews are our own employees, including foremen who have been with us for years. For larger projects that need additional skilled trades — say, structural work alongside a full re-side — we bring in vetted partners we've worked with for a long time. What we don't do is hire day-labor or rotating crews. Whoever is on your job is someone we vouch for, and the warranty comes from us regardless.

Usually no, unless you want to be. For interior work (windows, some door installations) we'll need access to the rooms involved. For exterior work (siding, roofing, gutters, exterior trim), we can typically work without anyone home. Many of our customers go to work as usual and come home to a finished or in-progress project. We'll work out the logistics with you when we schedule.

For siding, we install James Hardie (fiber cement), LP SmartSide (engineered wood), and major vinyl lines including Royal Building Products, Alside, Mastic, and Variform by PlyGem. For windows, we install Simonton, ProVia, and other manufacturer lines — we'll match the right window to your home and budget. For roofing, CertainTeed and other tier-1 shingle brands. For doors, ProVia, Therma-Tru, and selected wood door manufacturers.

We'll pull any building permits required for the work. For HOA approvals (color selection forms, material approvals, architectural review board submissions), we can help you with the paperwork — we've done it many times in Farragut, Hardin Valley, and other HOA neighborhoods. But the HOA itself communicates with the homeowner of record, so you'll typically be the one signing the submission.
